Daniel have you tested this with Sharepoint Foundation 2010?
Firstly when i download the file the file name reads TeamTalk.wsp and not TeamTalk2010.wsp after following your instructions and try to create a site i get error saying it needs to be activated in a root site whicj i have.
Any ideas
